Wip Wednesday – Weaving in Willows

Why oh, why! Did I not weave in my ends as I went?! But, I’m getting there šŸ™‚ Twenty-five blocks completed, now working on the last round of sc (US) in white, and weaving in. Then I plan to use a continuous flat braid join, new to me and I’ll share in more detail once I get my head around it.

I discovered a great tip from The Patchwork Heart this week – if you’re not sure if a ball will make it to the end of a block, weight it! Then this won’t happen…

Nightmare! However, crochet and learn, right šŸ™‚

Also in progress, pricing research. A much debated topic all over the place, as I’m discovering! I’d very much welcome your thoughts on this topic if you’d like to share your formula / rationale šŸ™‚

  1. Those blocks are gorgeous! I can’t wait to see it when it’s done!! I don’t sell my work so I have no idea about pricing. It will be interesting to see everyone else’s responses though. šŸ™‚

  2. I don’t always weave in my ends as I go because I always have the fear I might have to rip back and it’s harder if you weave in the ends. But if I KNOW I won’t have to rip back, I’m pretty good about it.
I always struggle with pricing things. When you figure it out, let me know! LOL
